About Dr. G

Dr. Givelichian's insight and experience in children’s healthcare ranges from providing care to sick and injured children and their families to evolving the system of healthcare delivery for the youngest patients in Saskatchewan to ensure province-wide pediatric excellence.

He is an experienced and successful recruiter of specialist physicians with a keen understanding of what appeals to his peers.

Dr. Givelichian’s clinical practice as well as his contributions to the administration of children’s healthcare and research has improved health outcomes for children living across the province, including those experiencing brain injuries and asthma as well as those living in northern and remote communities.

He continues to embrace new ways to deliver healthcare in Saskatchewan, including remote presence technology to treat children where they live, and supports the research necessary to achieve these innovations. He is eager to see a research institute for pediatrics established in Saskatchewan.
